REFUND  &  CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Cancellations made 3-7 days prior to arrival will be refunded 50% of their deposit

Cancellation made 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit their entire deposit

CHECK-IN
At  Check in our policy is for 100% capture of entire stay.


Check-In is between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Arrangements for late or early arrivals should be made in advance with the Innkeeper. Early arrivals are discouraged since our small staff is busy making everything is ready for your check-in at 3:00; a $50 fee will be assessed on the final bill for urgency and extra housekeeping preparations related to unexpected arrivals.


Check-Out
Checkout time is at 11:00 a.m.

DEPOSIT
Confirming your reservation requires a 50% deposit on the total of your booking. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card regardless of how the final payment will be made. We accept MC, Visa, Discover, or AmEX.

A deposit of 50% of he total charges will be taken at the time of booking.

NO SHOWS:

No-Shows will be charged 100% of their stay.
No-shows and early departures are responsible for full payment of their entire reservation.

Reservations not cancelled in advance will be charged for up to 3 days stay.
Cancellations on the day of arrival are subject to the cancellation policy.
