Printmaking Studio at Swan Levine House
The original home’s carriage house, later used as nurse’ quarters, is now a printmaking studio. It is equipped with a Griffin lithography press and a variety of stones up to 24"x36". Three etching presses are available with the largest bed size at 32"x 60". The studio facilitates classic stone, linoleum prints, and collagraph, monotype, etching, engraving, and related intaglio processes. An excellent library of resource materials has been collected by the Levines. The printmaking studio can be rented for $50 per day plus materials. This includes instruction. Monthly, daily, and weekly studio rates are by arrangement.
Art at Swan Levine House
Over the years, Peggy and Howard have collected art that is displayed throughout the Swan Levine House including their own pieces – featured in the Art Gallery located on the main floor.
